Starting October 6, the Mindmup Starter plan will include up to 3 editable maps, instead of the current limit of 5.
This change applies to Starter accounts only. Personal, Team, and Organization plans continue to include unlimited editable maps.
What happens to my existing maps?
Your maps will not be deleted. If you have more than 3 maps when the new limit takes effect, maps outside your editable limit will become view-only and will remain available from your dashboard.
Can I still access view-only maps?
Yes. You can continue to open and view them. To edit more than 3 maps at a time, you’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan.
Can I choose which maps remain editable?
Your 3 most recently created maps will remain editable. Older maps will automatically become view-only.
You can still create new maps after reaching the limit. Each time you create a new map, your oldest editable map will become view-only, so you’ll always have up to 3 editable maps at a time.
What if I already have fewer than 3 maps?
Nothing changes right away. You can continue creating and editing maps normally. Once you have 3 editable maps, any new map you create will make your oldest editable map view-only.
