Mindmup Service Outage Resolved

Service Outage Update – February 28, 2017

Yesterday, February 28, 2017, we experienced a total outage between 11:38 AM PST and 7:13 PM PST. During that time, most users were unable to access the Mindmup website. Some users could log in but were not able to access their maps or convert files. The issue was caused by a service problem with our hosting provider, Amazon.

Services are now back to normal. As far as we know, no data was lost during the outage. If you notice any further issues, please reach out to us at contact@mindmup.com so we can investigate.

We apologize for any inconvenience and will be implementing mitigation strategies in the coming days to reduce the risk of similar issues in the future.
