Inviting collaborators with Guest Pass
You can invite collaborators to your maps more easily using Guest Pass. With Guest Pass, collaborators don’t need a Mindmup account. Just share a link with them, optionally protected with a password.
You can paste the link into a Slack channel, a Zoom chat, or send it directly by email.
When Guest Pass works best
Guest Pass is ideal for:
- Organizing quick, informal brainstorming sessions
- Running online workshops
- Collaborating with students during a class
- Inviting people outside your organization to edit maps together
Collaboration limits
By default, users with an active Mindmup subscription can invite one additional collaborator using Guest Pass.
You can increase this limit to up to 10 collaborators by enabling the Guest Pass add-in. Larger options are planned for future updates.
