Overview
You can cancel your Mindmup subscription from your Plan & billing settings. Canceling stops future subscription renewals, while your current billing period continues through its end.
To avoid the next renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Cancel your subscription
- From the Home dashboard, click your profile avatar.
- Select Account.
- Open Plan & billing.
- Select Cancel subscription.
- Choose the reason that best describes why you are canceling.
- Click Cancel subscription to confirm.
Available cancellation reasons include:
- Not using it enough
- Too expensive for my needs
- Missing key features
- Switching to a different tool
- Technical issues or performance problems
Select Nevermind if you decide not to continue with the cancellation.
What happens after cancellation?
Canceling your subscription does not immediately end your current billing period. You continue to have full access to Mindmup until the end of the current billing cycle.
Canceling at least 24 hours before your next billing date prevents the upcoming renewal. If the plan has already renewed, it will not renew again on the following billing cycle.
Your maps and documents stored in Mindmup, including content published to Mindmup Atlas, remain available until the current billing cycle ends. After the billing cycle ends, they become view-only.
Before your access changes, export anything you want to keep working with or store elsewhere.
